SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION (SBA) LOANS**
Take advantage of a partnership between the government and banking.
SBA 504 Term Loan: Long-term, fixed-rate financing to help qualified businesses acquire real estate, machinery and equipment, or to expand or modernize facilities. With this loan, the Bank typically underwrites 50% and the SBA guarantees 40%, requiring you to put up only 10% equity. (Project amount limits apply).
