Online Statements

Your free online statements are just like the paper statements you receive in the mail, but they are accessible online.

Online Statements allow you to:

• Access your bank statements quickly and easily online.
• View statements online 24/7, from any PC with an Internet connection.
• Print or save statements whenever you need them.
• Reduce the risk of lost or stolen statements.
• Always have 12 months worth of statements available online.
• Eliminate the clutter of filing and storing paper statements.

Who is eligible?

• Any City National Bank of Florida customer who uses Online Banking.
• Online Banking customers must have a valid e-mail address to obtain this service. (If you do not currently use Online Banking and wish to apply for this free service, click here
• Any Checking, Savings, or Money Market account under your User ID will be eligible for Online Statements.

How It Works:

• You will be notified by email every time a new statement is available to view online.
• Online banking users will have access to bank statements via their online banking.
• Online Statements will replace the paper statements you receive by mail.
  Note: Once you sign up for Online Statements, you will no longer receive paper statements in the mail. See below ("Cost") for further information.

Cost:

• Online Statements is a free service for all Online Banking customers.
• Note: Be advised that once you sign-up for the Online Statement product, you will not receive anymore paper statement in the mail. If at any point after you are an Online Statement customer you choose to receive paper statements again, fees may apply.

ONLINE BANKING CUSTOMERS: How to sign up?

• Log in to Online Banking.
• Select the "Account Information" icon.
• Simply click on the Online Statements icon, and accept the Online Statement Agreement.
