Online Statements (the "Service") is provided by City National Bank of Florida ("City National Bank of Florida", "we" and "us").
Access to the Service and use of the Service is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Unauthorized use of the Service or information accessed via the Service is strictly prohibited.
1. DESCRIPTION OF ONLINE STATEMENTS
Online Statements are offered for eligible deposit accounts, allowing you to replace your mailed (paper) statement with an electronic version (PDF) that you can view, save to your computer or print at your convenience. Any legal notices that normally accompany your mailed statement will be delivered to you electronically. The following is a brief description of the various features of the Service and requirements for using the Service. From time to time, we may add to, modify, or delete any feature of the Service at our sole discretion. Please note that by enrolling in Online Statements, you will not additionally receive a mailed (paper) statement. However, a monthly paper statement will be available to you upon request by contacting City National Bank of Florida.
B. ELIGIBLE ACCOUNTS FOR ONLINE STATEMENTS. Eligible accounts include the following personal or non-personal account types: checking, savings, and money market accounts that have recurring periodic statements. All checking, money market and savings accounts that are related under the primary or secondary account holder’s social security number or Tax Identification number will be automatically enrolled for Online Statements. If you have disabled an account that was initially presented on your Online Banking Account Information screen by deselecting it under the User Options, “Change Account Nickname” section of online banking, you will not be able to receive an Online Statement for that account. You must click on the Contact Us link to receive your paper statement for the disabled account.
C. ENROLLMENT FOR ONLINE STATEMENT DELIVERY. To have access to the Service you must enroll at the City National Bank of Florida site. For accounts with multiple owners, only one account owner need enroll the account in the Service. Your current month’s statement may not be available until your next cycle date.
D. ACCESSING YOUR ONLINE STATEMENTS. Your statement(s) will be made available to you when you log into City National Bank of Florida ’s Online Banking and click on the Online Statements link. Your statement will be provided in a readable, printable, and downloadable format.
E. CHANGE STATEMENT DELIVERY METHOD. When you enroll for Online Statement Delivery, City National Bank of Florida will no longer mail paper statements for any account that is receiving an Online Statement, however, a monthly paper statement will be available to you upon request by contacting City National Bank of Florida . Note: If you have disabled an account that was initially presented on your Online Banking Account Information screen by deselecting it under the User Options, “Change Account Nickname” section of Online Banking, you will not be able to receive an Online Statement for that account. You must click on the Contact Us link to receive your paper statement for the disabled account
Each month you will receive a notification from City National Bank of Florida informing you that your monthly statement is available online. You will receive this notification via e-mail, thus making it imperative that you notify City National Bank of Florida of any e-mail address changes. You can change your e-mail address within City National Bank of Florida Online Banking by clicking on the User Options link. You can also notify City National Bank of Florida of any change in your e-mail address by clicking the Contact Us link or calling the Electronic Banking Department at (866) CNB-EPAY. . A monthly paper statement will be available to you upon request by contacting City National Bank of Florida . If you want to receive your paper statement, you will need to Contact Us to reinstate this feature. Additional fees may apply, refer to appropriate fee schedule.
F. EQUIPMENT. You are responsible for and must provide all telephone and other equipment, software (other than any software provided by us) and services necessary to access the Service.
2. INTERNATIONAL USE
City National Bank of Florida does not make any representation that any content or use of the Service is appropriate or available for use in locations outside of the United States and accessing the Service from territories where its contents or use is illegal and is prohibited by City National Bank of Florida. Those who choose to access the Service from locations outside the United States do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
As a customer of City National Bank of Florida you do have the right to have mailed to you a paper statement in place of an electronic one (Online Statement).
This service is subject to all Terms and Conditions as set forth in the Online Banking Agreement and Fee Schedule that you have previously been provided.
